How to copy music from iPhone to Computer
The iPhone Music Copy can auto-scan the connected devices, so before running this program, you should connect your iPhone to pc. You can see all files on your iphone in Name list on the right pane.
See the picture below. You can see the files on the phone and their information. Check the files you want to copy to pc.
Then click copy music off iphone button to select destination folder to save the copied files. Click OK to start transfering your checked files off iphone to computer.
After all files have been already transfered to pc, you can see a dialogue:
